A blog, specifically WordPress ones, are designed to be a nofollow blog especially in terms of the commenting system. What is Dofollow anyway? Well, let me hint to you that SPIDERS and WEB BOTS will not crawl a link if it is of nofollow state. So, it’s useless exchanging links to blogs that are nofollow.
Now, why your blog must be a dofollow blog? Let me elaborate more.
Blogs are made to be famous. Lol! Well, who would want a blog that noone ever reads unless the author himself? You blog because you want to be heard. One way to be heard is by ranking on the first page of the Google and other search engines. If you have a bad link rating, your blog will never be able to reach that height.
Bloggers resort to building their links by numerous link exchanges and leaving comments on a number of blog they could probably bloghop. These act is always helpful. Gaining a Pagerank means that your link is widely spread. However, there is always an exception to the rule. Not all blogs offers a hundred percent linkage to you. They are what you call the nofollow blogs/sites/whatever.
Blogs with rel=”nofollow” in their HTML/PHP will tell the web spiders and bots to not crawl the said link. It’s as if the link is just there for formality’s sake. There is no effect on the side of the affiliate. So, when you are looking for sites and blogs that you could leave your link on (through reciprocal links, commenting on a blog, directory submissions, buying links, etc) figure out if the links in the particular section of the site you are aiming for uses “nofollow” or not.
How do you achieve a DoFollow blog? For wordpress users, there is actually a plugin called DoFollow which you can download and install. For Blogger users, read the article on how to remove nofollow on your blog here.
My blog is a DoFollow blog. So, if you want to build your link with a PR 3 blog, feel free to comment here. I am with high hopes that in time, there will be no blog that is nofollow. It is for everyone’s sake anyway.
I hope that helps.

College days had just gone by. It was the celebration for the 44th year of the College of Business Administration and Accountancy of MSU-IIT which is fondly older than the university itself.
In connection, I wanna share to you guys the fun-filled weekend we had for the said event. It was broken down into three major competitions which are sports, literary, and cultural events among four teams (blue, black, red, and green). The CBAA Days started August 5 and ended August 6. All of the events had to fit in the said time frame.

The students were truly hyped even though the society days had just gone by when the CBAA Days started.

From sports to literary, name it, the students are all ready to show what they got.

The night of August 6 was entitled to the Cultural Night and Mr. And Ms. CBAA. Hundreds of students under the College of Business Administration and Accountancy piled up in the MSU IIT Gymnasium to give their support to their respective teams. Of course, cheering for their team’s candidates for the Mr. and Ms. CBAA 2011.
The cultural events were Vocal Duet, Wannabe, and Popdance Competitions. Truly, the students of CBAA are multi-talented. We are in awe while watching the performances.

For the highlight, I will be photospamming your screen. Forgive me but I just love their costumes and attires.
Candy Wear

God/Goddess Wear

Formal Wear

and the winners are…
…..

These two will be representing our college, CBAA, in the upcoming Palakasan 2011 of MSU IIT. Wish them and all of the participants the best of luck y’all. Thanks.
Sorry for flooding you with photos. This blog of mine has turned into a school journal already. lols.
Hope you enjoyed looking at the photos. Thanks to Sittie for them.

I’ve announced last Saturday the winners of my fab contest in my post here. Unfortunately, the contest winners Maria Lyzette Bongon (part 1 winner) and Monina Mercado (part 2 winner). I was waiting the whole week for their email but sadly, there was none.
So, I am again calling the attention of Ms. Bongon and Ms. Mercado to please email me the needed information for your prizes to be sent to you. I am giving a week extension for the both of you. Check my previous post to know what and where to email.
I hope they will contact me this time. If a week passes and they still haven’t contacted me, I will draw lots again through Random.org for the new winners. I am so sorry for being kind of mean guys. It’s just that I do not want to wait for lost winners. I am a busy person too, you know. I have errands to do and attend to. I hope you understand.

NOTICE: If you are one of the participants in my contest, YOU NEED TO READ THE FOLLOWING:
I’ve already lined up my activities for the coming days. As I said, the winners to my contest will be announced on August 6, Saturday, due to some personal issues. I cannot really make the necessary checking of the points (entries) of each participant because I am busy with CBAA Days and my academic subjects as well.
Anyhow, I will be posting the photo of the prizes to be won in this post. If you still want to join the contest, you have until August 5, Friday. Yes! I am extending the contest. I am really sorry to those who are excited to know the results. For those who still want to join, you can read the instructions on how to join here.
Before posting the photos, I would like you to see my old Sony Digital Camera (which I was about to sell but backed out because I love it to bits) with its blings. I’ve been inspired by Xiaxue and sis Angela for blinging my camera. It is still not fully-blinged somehow because I don’t have the time to finish my work yet.
So yeah. Here it is:

I’ve used beads and crystals for the blings and Bulldog steel glue for sticking the blings to the camera.

It’s not much but I love the feminine side of my camera now. Oh wait. It’s not feminine. It’s super girly. hahah.
Moving on, let’s see the photos of the prizes of my super duper fab contest.
Let’s start with the LILPINK ID Strap. I super love this. I even got one for me.

There was a misunderstanding with the shop with the making of this ID strap because I said to her to not put a seal of my school, MSU IIT. But, she still did. Oh well. It’s late when I saw it. So, the winner will just have to bear with the fact that my school is encrypted to her ID Strap. haha

Moving on, let’s get into other stuffs such as the pants which everyone is looking forward. haha. Many of the participants told me that they really want the pants. I don’t blame them. I, myself, want it too.
As you can see, I am wearing the pants which are harem pants like one worn by Aladdin.
Next are the two pairs of earrings and one bracelet from my shop: The Lilpink Shop. The lucky winner will be able to choose the two pairs of earrings and one bracelet from my shop.

All in all, the lucky winner from the Philippines for my 2nd part of the giveaway will be the following:

That’s it for the prizes of the 2nd part of my contest. However, let us also consider the $10 prize for the 1st part of the fab contest which is open worldwide.
To those who still want to be one of the lucky winners, you can still join. Click here.
